About Us

When my niece, Belle was diagnosed with Hip Dysplasia in 2015, my sister called on me for a clothing solution. I designed and made suitable pants. They worked! 

The pants were soft and in a colour that went with all my niece's tops. I made lots of pants while she was in treatment and other parents in the clinic enquired about the pants. 

After years of testing and trail and error, Hip Happy Clothes was born. 

Belle's treatment was completely successful and her hip dysplasia journey has come to an end but the pants she helped develop have gone from strength to strength and the range now covers birth to twelve years.
